Sample profiles for new systems

The demands made on aluminium windows and doors are continuously on the rise, while development times for new products are shrinking. To ensure that you can test your window or door designs in practice before placing an order for costly series tools, we develop sample profiles in close cooperation with you.

This gives you more design security right from the early stages, allows you to significantly accelerate system development, reduce costs and respond rapidly to new market and product requirements.

Using insulbar^® rapid prototyping, we develop and produce samples of your individual insulating profiles, precisely to your specifications. We supply series-identical bars extruded from prototype tools reliably, on schedule and at fair conditions. Whether insulating bars with simple geometries, or insulating profiles with complex custom-specific geometries such as hollow chamber profiles – the quality of our prototypes is comparable to the real thing. They can be tested and used without restrictions before a series tool is produced. This helps avoid risks and expensive unpleasant surprises at a later stage when the series tool is up and running.
